Project Management Officer

Job description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate - Project Management Office (PMO) to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects while contributing to resource allocation, optimization, and utilization as part of the Resource Management Group (RMG). This dual-role opportunity offers exposure to project management practices and resource management strategies in a fast-paced environment. Roles and responsiblities: • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress, risks, and deliverables. • Support in stakeholder communication and management. • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and best practices. • Collaborate with the Resource Management Group to maintain accurate records of resource allocation and availability. • Support in identifying and assigning appropriate resources to projects based on skills, experience, and project needs. • Assist in tracking resource utilization and providing recommendations for optimization. • Generate regular reports on resource demand, capacity, and gaps for management review. • Address and resolve resource conflicts in coordination with project managers and department leads. What Do We Expect? • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • 1 year of experience in a project coordination/management or resource management role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in project management tools & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with resource planning and tracking tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
