Project Management Internship

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Acting as a point of contact for clients throughout project delivery, communicating effectively to understand client needs, address queries, and provide updates on project progress 2. Assisting in planning and executing project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule, and coordinating with internal teams to align on project goals, tasks, and deadlines 3. Working closely with clients to manage expectations and communicate any changes to project scope or timelines, identifying and mitigating potential challenges that could impact project delivery 4. Ensuring the quality of deliverables meets Tradexa's standards and client expectations, gathering feedback from clients post-delivery to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement 5. Maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and feedback logs, and assisting in preparing and delivering project updates and final reports for internal and client review Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 11th Nov'24 and 16th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
