Directly communicating with customers to gain first-hand perspective and facilitate global alumni interactions. 3. Gathering valuable customer insights to enhance our platform's user experience. 4. Collaborate with our sales team to create persuasive materials. 5. Implementing digital marketing strategies to elevate user engagement.
