Placement Coordinator

About the internship As a training and placement trainee at our Andheri, Mumbai office, you will play a key role in supporting students' career development and helping match them with suitable job opportunities. This position involves close collaboration with students, recruiters, and internal teams to monitor progress and coordinate placement activities, strengthening student employability and industry connections. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Student progress monitoring: Track and review students' academic and career progress. Provide ongoing feedback to improve employability outcomes. 2. Career development assistance: Assist students with building resumes, preparing for interviews, and developing effective job search strategies. Offer guidance to support students in achieving their career objectives and securing employment. 3. Job role alignment: Identify students' strengths and interests to align them with suitable job roles. Facilitate connections between students' skills and relevant job opportunities. 4. Collaboration & event coordination: Work closely with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless placement activities and events. Organize workshops, masterclasses, placement drives, and networking sessions to connect students with industry professionals and potential employers.
