Job description Role Description As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our digital marketing team to assist in the execution of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). You’ll help analyze campaign performance, optimize ad creatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives. Responsibilities • Assist in the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (click-through rate, cost-per-click, conversion rates, etc.). • Help develop and test ad creatives to improve campaign performance. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization. • Prepare performance reports and provide insights on campaign outcomes. • Assist with audience segmentation, targeting, and ad copy development. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising. • Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or recent graduate). • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media advertising, etc.). • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar is a plus.
