As part of the team, you’ll whip up amazing desserts, learn the ropes of running a premium bakery, and bring fresh ideas to the table. No two days will be the same—it’s fast, fun, and all about growth. Key Responsibilities - Be part of a fast-paced, startup team that’s all about agility. - Get involved in everything from baking to brainstorming new menu items. - Craft desserts that taste as good as they look. - Assist with daily production to keep the kitchen running like clockwork. - Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. - Collaborate, innovate, and channel your creativity into every task. What You’ll Bring - A genuine love for pastry arts and a creative streak. - Experience in a commercial kitchen or running a pastry business from home is a bonus. - Solid pastry-making skills with an eye for detail. - A can-do attitude to tackle challenges and experiment with ideas. - Basic kitchen hygiene and safety know-how. - Certification in Pastry Arts is a plus, but passion and drive matter most.
