About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, and YouTube. 2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, and CPA, and make recommendations for optimization. 3. Support the creation and testing of ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. 4. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for Google Ads campaigns. 5. Assist in managing budgets, bid strategies, and targeting optimizations. 6. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, analyzing data for trends and improvement opportunities. 7. Work with the content and design teams to create ad creatives and messaging. Note: Based on performance during six months internship, the candidate will be taken further for regular employment. The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to work in a blue ocean industry of Ayurveda care, understand the key business dynamics and economics as well as work with CXOs in aiding and driving business decision making. We operate 8 hospitals today across Bangalore, Kochi, Gurugram, and Almora of which 4 are NABH accredited and 1 is JCI accredited. 4 of our hospitals are located within India's top 10 quaternary care hospitals.
