About the internship As an operations intern at CipherSchools, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline program execution, fostering efficiency and consistency in program delivery 2. Manage the daily activities of our cohort-based programs, which include overseeing student registrations, facilitating communication, and providing assistance 3. Collaborate with the leadership team and other departments to create and execute strategic plans for our cohort and batch-based programs 4. Analyze data gathered from cohorts and batches to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing targeted strategies to enhance program effectiveness and student satisfaction 5.
