About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Customer engagement: Manage weekly chef calendars and customer outreach to boost satisfaction. 2. Supply management: Identify, onboard, and support chefs, ensuring their success on the platform. 3. Process development: Create and implement scalable processes and playbooks for supply-building. 4. Chef guidance: Assist chefs with menu and dish creation, including naming, recipe adjustments, and scaling. 5. Relationship management: Provide ongoing strategic support to top-performing chefs. 6. Data analysis: Use Google Sheets to evaluate supply, draw insights, and execute strategies. Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can work from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Pacific Standard Time) 3. can start the work from home job/internship between 6th Dec'24 and 10th Jan'25 4. are available for duration of 6 months 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
