About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries through chat, calls, and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance. Engage with customers in live chat for astrology consultations and assignment assistance. 2. Order Processing: Generate quotations, assist with payments, and ensure smooth order processing 3. Order Allocation: Assign orders to tutors, ensuring timely and quality delivery 4. Revision and Disputes: Handle revisions promptly and manage dispute cases while maintaining high customer service standards 5: Generate and compile reports as needed. Qualifications: 1. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interaction via chat, calls, and emails 2. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and problem-solving 3. Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy in processing orders and resolving disputes 4. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with a high workload 5. Team Collaboration: Work well in a team to contribute to success 6. Work Setup: Comfortable working from home with a laptop/PC, stable internet, and electricity backup 7. Shift: Comfortable with a 9-hour shift, rotated monthly Compensation: 1. Stipend: 8000 per month for day shifts, 9000 per month for night shifts 2. Completion Bonus: 6000 upon successfully completing the 6-month internship 3. Tax Assistance: The company covers 10% of total earnings as taxes 4. Total Monthly Stipend: 11,000, including night allownace and tax assistance 5.
