About the internship Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, installation) to streamline operations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of AV equipment. Learn and assist in managing inventory and procurement processes. 2. Technical Knowledge Development: Gain a basic understanding of AV systems, such as video conferencing setups, control systems, displays, and audio equipment. Shadow technical teams during installations and troubleshooting to understand the technical aspects of AV integration. 3. Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Assist in responding to client queries and resolving basic issues related to AV systems. Document client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Sales Support Support the sales team in preparing client proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Attend client meetings and assist in building strong customer relationships.
