About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate with services team, customers, stores for day to day operations. 2. Ensure that all the tickets are closed within SLA. 3. Manage the planning for service camps set up by company end to end. 4. Manage the critical tickets (customer issues) regularly and escalate the misses in SLA. 5. Coordinate with accounts team on closure of invoices and bills from services team. 6. Improvise the processes and automate tickets using CRM (currently we use Zoho). Our product basket contains wheelchairs that cater to the mobility needs of those with spinal cord injuries, amputees, and polio disabilities. The wheelchairs come with various customization options according to user choices and interests, and his/her body measurements.
