About the internship As an operations intern at Eat Easy, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our company and working closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of our services. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers. 2. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate product deliveries and inventory management. 3. Help optimize operational processes and identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide administrative support, such as data entry and report generation, using MS Office. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in organizing and coordinating events and promotions to drive business growth. 7. Maintain a high level of English proficiency to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Eat Easy is a food tech product startup that innovates the way people cook food. Currently, we make ready to cook dehydrated meals, that can be made within 5 minutes. These meals consist of items of rice, gravies, dals, snacks, and sweets. We plan to disrupt the way people make food by making a complex process of multiple steps into a simple 5-minute task.
