About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage daily operations at Dancenter properties, focusing on cost optimization and enhanced guest experience. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, continually improving NPS scores. 3. Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for villa-specific operations. 4. Design and oversee a comprehensive training and development program. 5. Foster strong relationships with guests and homeowners, earning their trust and loyalty.
