About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create and manage event timelines and itineraries for post-product events. 2. Supervise and collaborate with interns working across products in the organization. 3. Work across multiple domains including operations and technical content teams to deliver high-quality content to customers. 4. Provide end-to-end customer satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and concerns. 5. Host events on various platforms, including Zoom and Google Meet. 6. Manage and emcee various activities to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Improve product efficiency by implementing creative agendas, developing processes, and enhancing overall systems. 8. Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities. 9. Assist in the onboarding process for new client companies.
