About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Focus on process implementation and process design 2. Create or update SOPs whenever necessary all while maintaining the quality 3. Bring in innovative ideas to optimize operations 4. Ensure that the TAT (turn-around-time) of an assigned task is met 5. Timely resolution of cases where TAT is critical 6. Support quality benchmarks 7. Eventually, lead a team of a few people Requirements: 1. Good communication skills 2. Research-oriented 3. Should have MS Excel knowledge 4. Problem-solving aptitude 5.
