About the internship Key Responsibilities As an Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day operational functions of our travel company, ensuring smooth execution of bookings, client queries, and vendor coordination. Your role will include: Booking Management: Assisting in processing travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.). Coordinating with vendors to confirm reservations and ensure accuracy. Itinerary Planning: Helping create customized travel itineraries tailored to client needs. Researching and suggesting destinations, activities, and accommodations. Customer Support: Handling client inquiries via email or phone, providing timely and accurate information. Addressing issues during trips and liaising with relevant teams for resolutions. Vendor Relations: Building relationships with local guides, hotels, and service providers. Ensuring timely updates on pricing, availability, and offers. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining records of bookings, payments, and invoices. Preparing reports on operational performance and areas of improvement. Market Research: Identifying emerging travel trends and customer preferences. Analyzing competitors to enhance service offerings.
