About the internship Position: Freelance Full-Time Intern (Work From Home) Should have windows laptop, wifi connection, Electricity/battery backup available. Company: Learnify Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Stipend: 8000 INR per month (Fixed) + Tax Assistance + Night Shift Allowance Shift: - 9-hour shift including 1-hour break Evening Shift timing = 2 pm - 11 pm Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational week off Responsibilities: Handle new and existing customer queries, ensuring timely responses. Manage tutor queries for new and assigned orders, providing prompt assistance. Follow up on daily hot leads through calls and messages during shifts. Send SMS and follow-up messages to ensure effective communication. Assist in both Astrology and Educational operations, including handling customer queries for astrology solutions via chat. Demonstrate a positive learning attitude and professionalism. Requirements: Strong Excel and mathematical skills. Availability for full-time rotational shifts. Commitment to providing 100% effort and becoming industry-ready in 6 months. Professionalism and active engagement during shift hours are crucial. Note: Inactivity during working hours will result in the immediate termination of the internship. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and contribute effectively.
