About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Primary Point of Contact: 1. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with users. 2. Serve as the main liaison between the company and its customers. 3. Ensure a personalized and positive customer experience. b. Issue Resolution: 1. Address and resolve user issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Act as a problem solver, finding effective solutions to challenges faced by users. 3. Strive for quick and satisfactory redressal of complaints. c. Communication and Team Collaboration: 1. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and align with strategic operational goals. 2. Facilitate communication between users and the team to enhance product/service quality. 3. Provide insights from customer interactions to contribute to the development of strategic goals.
