About the internship
Position: Operations Intern
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: 8,000- 10,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations and administration tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
Coordinate with various teams to streamline internal processes.
Help manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Assist in creating reports and presentations for management review.
Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Work on special projects as assigned by the operations team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
