About the internship As an Operations intern at GoMechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. Your proficiency in MS-Excel and English communication skills will be essential in supporting various tasks and projects within the company. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in managing inventory levels and optimizing stock flow. 2. Help in creating and analyzing reports using MS-Excel to track operational metrics. 3. Support in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries. 4. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on operational activities. 5. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. 6. Assist in resolving operational issues and troubleshooting any challenges that may arise. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across different departments. 8. Workshop Audits from time to time basis.
