About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Daily Station Visits: Conduct on-site visits to monitor operations, ensure compliance, and identify areas for process improvement. 2. Operational Issue Management: Address on-ground challenges promptly and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. 3. Female Associate Engagement: Maintain open communication to understand concerns, foster inclusivity, and empower professional growth. 4. Daily Reporting: Submit performance reports with insights to guide management decisions and drive continuous improvement. 5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors and management to align station activities and promote teamwork. 6. Mobilization Efforts: Prioritize efforts in mobilizing women into non-traditional roles and opportunities. 7. Partnerships with NGOs and local government to ensure induction of new delivery associates in the system.
