Operations Internship

We provide hassle-free rental solutions with services like transportation, installation, and maintenance.Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to assist in managing our day-to-day logistics, procurement, and customer service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in operations and supply chain management.Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the delivery, installation, and pickup of rented furniture and appliances. • Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized. • Work closely with the procurement team to source refurbished products. • Track and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment. • Handle customer queries related to deliveries, installations, and complaints. • Support in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Work with vendors, transport partners, and warehouse teams for seamless execution. Qualifications & Skills: • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to work with MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Proactive and eager to learn about the rental and logistics industry. • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory). Work from Office-Sector 27 Gurgaon Duration - 3 months Stipend: 8000-10000/ month
