Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Help in daily operations 2. Help COO with team management and reporting 3. Lead technical teams in their daily operations 4. Report the operations' activity to the COO 5. Take daily reports and updates from the teams 6. Take daily to do from the teams and report to COO 7. Help in overall company operations 8. Lead and manage teams 9. Take daily to do from the team 10. Take the daily end-of-the-day report from the team Role Description This is a full-time remote role as an Operations Associate at Blackcoffer. The day-to-day tasks include supporting operational activities, ensuring smooth business operations, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity. Qualifications • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic understanding of business operations • Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus Work From Home START DATE Immediately DURATION 6 month STIPEND
