About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer inquiries over email, phone, and chat. 2. Taking period ownership of issues raised by users/experts and working with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve them at the earliest for customer delight. 3. Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company. 4. Capturing customer feedback and channeling to internal teams for appropriate action. 5.
