About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop curriculum 2. Plan daily lessons 3. Conduct online classes 4. Adopt a data-driven attitude toward measuring learner progress 5. Develop learning activities and hands-on material for classes 6. Attend to individual student needs 7. Demonstrate an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures 8. Communicate regularly with parents 9. Provide extra support to students who need it 10. Monitor student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement 11. Use learner data to constantly refine the curriculum 12.
