We have online free group counseling, free mental health assessments, and 1-on-1 paid counseling with licensed clinical psychologists. Some of the therapy groups on the platform are related to anxiety issues, depression, stress, relationship improvement, single parenting, bullying, work stress, motivation, getting confident about yourself, dealing with health issues, or just general problems that you may want to discuss with the groups. We provide assessments for various problems in the form of free quizzes, which help you understand the severity of the problem that you are having. We recommend that once you start participating in the group therapy sessions, you regularly take the assessment to know if you are improving or not.
