About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on legal research 2. Work on contract drafting 3. Work on online dispute resolution (ODR): Familiarity with Indian ODR platforms (NITI Aayog's Model ODR Framework, Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996) 4. Tech-Savvy: Comfort with digital tools, online research platforms (Manupatra, SCC Online), and document management systems Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 7th Jan'25 and 11th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
