About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work with development and customer support closely on issues and escalations, deploying and managing builds on production systems. 2. Be proactive in handling issues for priority Incidents and ensuring resolution in a timely manner. 3. Support all service infrastructure systems and services. 4. Identify and verify service impact to customers. 5. Provide second-level escalations support. 6. Evaluate or develop new tools to better manage the service infrastructure.
