About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct time and motion studies to analyze job processes. 2. Develop and implement methods to improve workflow and efficiency. 3. Collaborate with engineers and managers to optimize on-field aggregation and warehouse processes. 4. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations. 5. Monitor the implementation of new processes to ensure effectiveness. 6. Train staff on new procedures and techniques. 7. Maintain accurate records of time and motion study data. 8. Identify areas for cost savings and waste reduction. 9. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 10. Utilize software tools to collect and analyze performance data.
