About the internship Are you passionate about early childhood education and effective communication? Early Steps Academy is seeking a remote moderator intern to join our team! As a Moderator intern, you will play a crucial role in facilitating online teaching sessions and ensuring a positive learning environment for our young students. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Monitor online teaching sessions to ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards 2. Facilitate effective communication between teachers, parents, and students 3. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues during online sessions 4. Provide feedback and support to teachers to enhance their teaching practices 5. Collaborate with the team to create engaging and interactive learning experiences 6. Participate in training sessions to improve your skills as a moderator 7.
