Role Overview: We are looking for a Merchandiser Intern in Mumbai to support our e-commerce operations, social media management, and creative content creation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, digital commerce, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • E-Commerce Order Management: Process and track website & marketplace (Myntra) orders. • Customer Support: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer experience. • Product Cataloging: Upload and manage product listings on the website & marketplaces. • Marketplace Coordination: Assist in inventory updates, listings, and order processing. • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Manage social media pages, create engaging content, plan campaigns, and interact with the audience.
