About the internship We are seeking a proactive media operations manager to lead teams, execute tasks, and ensure smooth project execution. This role is crucial to achieving Indian Farmer's mission of empowering farmers and shaping the future of agriculture. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Team leadership: Lead content and course teams, fostering collaboration and accountability 2. Task execution & management: Execute tasks while managing team workflows, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines 3. Project ownership: Plan projects, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery 4. Performance & KPI management: Track KPIs, evaluate performance, and provide actionable feedback 5. Operational efficiency: Drive process improvements and optimize resources 6. Problem-solving: Anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 17th Jan'25 and 21st Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests We at Indian Farmer are working unanimously to shatter misconceptions about farming.
