About the internship Location: Hyderabad (on-site) (No WFH) Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to set up appointments, schedule meetings, or gather information. Develop and maintain scripts and communication templates for outreach. Follow-up on initial contact to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline. 2. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry. Use various sources, including databases, online platforms, and social media, to generate leads and build prospect lists. Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services. 3. Market Research & Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies. Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market demands. 4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, contact details, and sales pipeline activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. 5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion and campaign execution. Assist with administrative tasks, sales presentations, and product information distribution as needed.
