About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Setting up marketing campaigns: The candidate should learn the end-to-end process of setting up marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution. They should be familiar with campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative development, and performance tracking. 2. Looking for new partners/brands to advertise: The candidate should work on proactive networking and outreach skills. They should be able to identify potential partners or brands that align with the company's objectives, pitch collaboration opportunities, and negotiate mutually beneficial deals. 3. Marketing operations: The candidate should focus on operational efficiency and attention to detail. They should be comfortable managing campaign logistics, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth execution while adhering to timelines and budgets. 4. Competitor/industry analysis: The candidate should develop strong research skills to analyze competitors and industry trends. They should be able to identify gaps and opportunities in the market, understand competitor strategies, and use these insights to inform the company's monetization efforts.
