About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Onboard delegates: Welcome and onboard our national delegates through outbound calls, ensuring a personalized and warm experience before, during, and after the event. 2. Serve as the point of contact: Act as the go-to resource for attendees' queries, manage communications post-ticket purchases, and offer top-notch support. 3. Identify upsell opportunities: Recognize subtle upsell opportunities (upsell tickets) based on attendees' needs and preferences, helping them maximize their event experience. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team: Collect attendee insights and feedback, and work with the marketing team on content creation for campaigns and social media engagement. 5. Engage in continuous learning: Stay updated with marketing trends and event engagement strategies to bring fresh ideas and contribute to making national 2025 a super successful event.
