About the internship We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will work directly with the Marketing Executive and play an active role in assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and event planning for Innovation for India Awards 2025. Please refer to this link for more details: https://www.maricoinnovationfoundation.org/innovation-for-india-awards/ The ideal candidate will be proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading), be able to work under pressure, and have a keen interest in marketing and event planning. The day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with daily Social Media activities. Co-ordinate with internal and external partners for smooth operation and timely delivery of services. 2. Perform the first round of proofreading for all marketing material and take necessary approvals from Marketing Executive. 3. Provide support for all activities leading up to the event, including planning and co-ordination. 4. Handle administrative tasks. 5. Manage Pre-event tasks (e.g. RSVP management, vendor coordination). 6. Database management.
