Job description We are actively seeking a Marketing Events & Partnerships Intern for a duration of 6 months to join our team. If you are passionate about event coordination, community building, and market expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in Tier-2 cities. In this role, you will engage with potential attendees, organize impactful events, and build meaningful relationships to enhance IIDE’s presence. Key Responsibilities Engage with Leads & Stakeholder Communication • Call and message leads from our CRM to share details about upcoming events. • Build rapport and create excitement around attending our offline events. • Address queries and provide relevant information to encourage participation. Relationship Building & Community Outreach • Develop strong connections with potential attendees and key stakeholders. • Support networking efforts to drive awareness and engagement. Event Research & Coordination • Assist in researching venues, speakers, and logistical requirements for events. • Contribute to event planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations. • Support on-ground event management and execution. Feedback Collection & Process Improvement • Gather post-event feedback from attendees to assess effectiveness. • Provide insights to improve future events and activations. Requirements Must-Have: • Currently pursuing a degree in any field. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and G-studio. • Interest in event coordination, community engagement, and logistics. Nice-to-Have • Previous experience in event management or coordination. • Ability to take initiative and solve problems resourcefully. Education • Any graduate – Any specialization. • Any postgraduate – Any specialization.
