Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotions. 5. Monitor and track social media and online presence to gauge customer feedback and sentiment. 6. Compile and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for product improvements. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends to provide valuable insights to the team.
