Prepare reports and presentations using MS-PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 4. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies based on research findings. 5. Monitor and track industry news and competitor activities. 6. Assist in creating surveys, questionnaires, and other research instruments. 7. Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
