About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities. 2. Support property management and leasing processes by communicating with tenants and landlords. 3. Participate in property inspections and assist in assessing property conditions. 4. Help prepare promotional materials and presentations for property listings. 5. Engage with clients and stakeholders. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments. 7. Help in maintaining online property listings and ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. 8. Contribute to the preparation of reports, including financial analysis and property evaluation.
