About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conducting thorough research on assigned industry trends, recent developments, and the competitive landscape 2. Identifying and connecting with industry professionals, particularly heads, on LinkedIn and other professional platforms 3. Joining industry-relevant LinkedIn groups, and online forums, and attending online events to stay updated and build connections 4. Documenting weekly industry observations, including trends and Learning & Development (L&D) insights relevant to the organization 5. Arranging or participating in at least five meetings per week with representatives from the designated industry, preparing meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and action items as needed 6. Strategizing and executing initiatives to expand network reach within the industry 7.
