Job description Job Title: Management Trainee – CS Executive (pass) Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Internship Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee – CS Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a Company Secretary Executive (CS Executive) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in taxation and end-to-end corporate compliance. The candidate will work closely with senior professionals, assisting in legal and regulatory matters while developing expertise in corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in handling corporate compliances related to Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws. • Support in taxation matters including GST, Income Tax, TDS compliance,etc • Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and regulatory filings. • Coordinate with government authorities (ROC, IT Department, GST authorities) for filings and compliance-related matters. • Ensure timely statutory filings, returns, and documentation as per regulatory requirements. • Assist in board meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing resolutions. • Conduct research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and regulatory updates. • Maintain and update compliance records and trackers. Required Qualifications & Skills: • CS Executive (Cleared CS Executive Level) pursuing CS Professional or awaiting membership. • Basic knowledge of corporate laws, taxation, and compliance procedures. • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, MCA21, and other compliance-related tools. • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
