You'll get hands-on experience in hiring top talent, managing creators, and building teams, all while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing. What You’ll Do: • Communicate like a pro in both English & Hindi (seriously, exceptional communication is a must!) • Work across different teams, learning the ropes of digital marketing, content, and campaign execution. • Assist in brainstorming and executing campaigns for some of the coolest brands in India. • Get hands-on experience in recruitment—from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding fresh talent. • Gain real-world experience while figuring out where your true passion lies.
