About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in internal and external operations to ensure seamless execution of organizational tasks and initiatives 2. Support partnerships with other organizations to run collaborative projects within FC, aligning with shared goals of inclusivity and empowerment 3. Coordinate resources, timelines, and communication for the smooth execution of events and initiatives 4. Make the FCverse enjoyable and engaging by connecting users, sparking conversations, and organizing or boosting activities like chats, co-studying, co-working, and playing games 5. Strategize and create multiple reasons for users to explore and stay active in the FC metaverse, app, and website 6. Personally engage with users until they naturally discover the value of FC, integrating into the community without needing further guidance 7. Showcase the full potential of FC's platforms, ensuring users build connections and enjoy meaningful experiences that keep them coming back 8. Organize and execute projects like themed co-working sessions, study groups, game nights, and social hangouts to drive user engagement 9. Monitor the success of each initiative, track participation, and gather insights to refine future events and activities 10. Observe and record daily interactions to identify patterns in user behavior and adjust strategies accordingly 11.
