LMS Interns

Job Responsibility 1. Operational Excellence: Ensure the LMS is fully operational, and any downtime or issues are promptly addressed. Implement and monitor system updates or patches as needed. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and technical teams to maintain content relevance and platform usability. Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and troubleshooting. 3. Data and Analytics: Monitor LMS usage data, and create reports to measure learner engagement and performance. Share actionable insights with management to inform decision-making. 4. Process Improvement: Assist the Team in improving the process for ticket resolution, content management, and system optimization. Help standardize workflows to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. 5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all courses and assessments adhere to organizational and industry standards (e.g., SCORM compliance). Regularly update courses based on changes in content, regulations, or learner needs.
