About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Produce live shows using live-streaming software like OBS, Streamyard, etc. which include scheduling, aiding in creating content plans, engineering, and editing episodes 2. Work with hosts to create a steady production cadence and complete all the post-production yourself 3. Oversee shows, work with team members to help them improve their technical skills 4. Collaborate with internal teams, which include editorial, marketing, social, and operations to program your shows in concert with broader content plans 5. Coordinate production with operations teams to facilitate ad production 6. Contribute and implement fresh ideas to keep content exciting and innovative, including the development of themes, formats, and concepts for upcoming episodes Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 31st Oct'24 and 5th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
