About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence. 2. Ensure that contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations in the Indian ecosystem. 3. Assist in developing and maintaining a contract management system to track and monitor contract status and renewals. 4. Assist in the review and revision of existing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. 5. Support the maintenance and organization of contracts, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible in accordance with internal policies. 6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and contract terms and conditions. 7. Assist in the formulation and implementation of Company policies and procedures 8. Assist in conducting internal audits to identify and address process issues to ensure adherence to the agreements, laws and regulations. 9. Monitor and track legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organization and provide updates to the team. 10. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required. 11. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and managing legal databases. 12. Provide general support to the team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
