About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Drawing up contracts. 2. Carefully reviewing various contracts applicable for various lines of business of the company, including but not limited to procurement agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, terms of service. 3. Ensuring timely and accurate updating of contract trackers and databases. 4. Providing administrative support in organizing and storing contracts and related legal documents. 5. Conducting research on legal topics, statutes, regulations, and case law as requested by the legal team. 6. Supporting the legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, document review, and preparing meeting materials. 7. Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to e-commerce and B2B operations.
