About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant content. 2. Conducting training sessions using Google Meet software to enhance data analysis skills among employees. 3. Designing e-learning modules in Hindi to cater to our Hindi-speaking staff members. 4. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms. 5. Assisting in organizing workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and development. 6. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in employee training and development. 7. Supporting the learning & development team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives to foster a culture of learning within the organization.
